Director of Operations - Andrew is responsible for organizational procedures and human resources. Directs and oversees VisionFoundry’s financial and budgetary activities. Negotiates and approves contractual agreements, analyzes financial statements, sales reports and other performance indicators and identifies places to cut costs and improve performance, policies, and programs.
Managing Director - Robyne’s experience with online systems dates to CompuServe in the 1990s. She has designed dozens of enterprise portals, corporate intranets, and e-commerce sites for government, corporate, and not for profit clients. Robyne plays a key technical role in each VisionFoundry project and focuses the team on UI design, usability, information architecture, and taxonomy development.
Quality Assurance Manager - Mark’s approach to software testing emphasizes clear communication to ensure the desired results are achieved. He is actively involved in the requirements-gathering phase of projects, and matches test cases to rigorous and detailed “plain English” use cases.
As an experienced classroom teacher with a M.Ed. from Harvard, and a software trainer with years of experience in training and training management, Mark is also VisionFoundry’s chief trainer.
